Reaching the Northwest USA for Christ

Supporting and encouraging missionaries across the Northwest

Our Journey

Our family moved to Washington state in 2005 to start a church in Colfax, WA. On September 11, 2005, we held our first service of Macedonia Baptist Church with 34 people in attendance and one person was saved. We started in a blue metal building that we rented, but God had better plans and gave us a beautiful church building that had been a Seventh Day Adventist church.

Over the years, we conducted many outreaches in the community including Vacation Bible School, a fall festival, a compassion closet, ladies meetings, door knocking, a parade, and a fair booth. The Lord blessed and, in His time, the church grew. We spent 19 years in Colfax, WA, and Macedonia Baptist Church became the only Independent Baptist Church in our county.

Our Calling

In September of 2024, we turned over the work to a new pastor and started furlough reporting back to our supporting churches. We have a burden to help and encourage missionaries across the Northwest USA. We know how hard it is to pack everything up and leave friends and family to start a new church. We know it can be lonely and very isolating in a new place, and we want to be a blessing to those serving in ministries across the northwest.

Our Testimonies

Tim and Jennifer Wall

Tim's Testimony

I did not grow up in church. When I was 17 years old, I worked at a Winn Dixie grocery store. A coworker there asked me if I was saved. I didn't know anything about the Bible or being saved, so I told him that you didn't have to be saved to go to heaven. He asked me if I had a Bible at home and told me to go read John 3. That night I used the index to find the book of John and read chapter 3. Then I knew, you must be born again.

This man continued to witness to me and invite me to church. I finally went to church on a Sunday evening, and that evening I knew I had to get saved. I went forward at the invitation and the pastor's son led me to the Lord. It was June 15th, 1997. A few months later, I felt the Lord calling me to preach. After I graduated high school, I enrolled in Calvary Baptist Bible College in King, NC.

During college, one of my professors led a mission's trip to Washington state. That week the Lord burdened my heart about the great need for churches in Washington state. I was able to lead a young man to the Lord in Colfax, WA. The Lord confirmed in my heart that Colfax was where He wanted me to start a church.

While on the field, I continued my education by correspondence. I received a Master's of Ministry degree from Crown College and a Doctorate of Theology Degree from Macedonia Baptist College.

Jennifer's Testimony

I was so blessed to grow up in a Christian home. I am so thankful for my parents who took me to church whenever the doors were open. As a little child, I sat in services listening to the preaching of the Word of God. On the way home from church, our car rides usually consisted of me asking questions about the sermons.

One Wednesday night after church, as I peppered my dad with questions, he said, "We're going to get this settled when we get home." That night he took me in my bedroom and from his Bible showed me how I could be saved. I knelt beside my bed and prayed and asked the Lord to save me. It was November 26, 1985 and I was 5 years old. I am so thankful for my godly heritage and being brought up in a strong Christian home.

When I met my future husband, he thought he was going into evangelism. When he told me he felt called to go to Washington state to plant a church, I immediately agreed. However, a few months after we were married, we were in a missions conference. During that conference the preacher asked, "Who will go?" That night I surrendered to go to Washington state as a missionary. The Lord wasn't just calling my husband, he was calling me too.

My degree is in special education and I have had experience working in a public school, Christian school, and homeschool. I love teaching children and ladies!
